As two of the most active development figures in the industry over the last 30 years we have a long established and proud record of providing a full end to end sourcing and construction delivery platform to create excellent quality “fit for purpose” buildings that create value for the customer and investors.

Rockleaze are putting sustainability at the forefront of their business. The Rockleaze Specification will deliver BREEAM “Excellent” buildings as a minimum. Our design team has committed to deliver all buildings as Net Zero Carbon in construction, in line with the UK Green Building Council Framework.
