An extensive career of over 30 years in logistics property development within leading property businesses at Burford, Valad and Marcol; at major corporate ICI plc and DHL and setting up and leading UK operations for logistic giants P3 and Trammell Crow Company.

Mike has been responsible for overseeing some of the UK’s largest logistic developments, delivering over 8m sq ft of
logistics space.
Kevin has over 30 years of logistics development experience and founded KAM in 2013, building it up to the UK’s number one cost and project management practice, delivering major logistics developments for the UK’s leading logistics developers such as Tritax, Bericote, Panattoni, GLP, Trammell Crow Company, Albion Land.

Kevin has delivered prime Grade A developments for key customers including Amazon, DHL and ASDA.
